On the 17th of March we had a very special workshop with Deb Shearer who is a Certified Raw Food Chef, Workshop facilitator, Teacher and Writer. Deb shared her experience in writing and publishing her recent recipe book – Delicious Raw Food. Deb shared her passion for row food and demonstrated how to cook her recipes, giving us opportunity to taste her creations. This was unusual workshop with a very unconventional approach of how to write, publish and market a recipe book.

Debbie has been a passionate raw and vegetarian ‘foody’ for over 25 years. From the heady world of Marketing to her humble beginnings as a Permaculture Farmer her curiosity started a journey exploring holistic health and nutrition through vegetarian, vegan and ultimately Raw Cuisine. Growing her own food, working as a chef at Camp Eden, creating a vegetarian lifestyle cafe and becoming a Massage Therapist, Reiki Healer, Oneness Blesser, Yoga Teacher and Raw Food Chef along the way. Deb is passionate about real food and loves sharing this through her workshops.
